A company from the Hotel Okura Group, one of the three major hotel brands in Japan, will open a hotel in Niseko in 2024.

The hotel will be opening right next to the Niseko Hanazono ski resort, so access to the slopes is easy.

New Hotels to open in Niseko in 2026

Aman Niseko

Aman Niseko Luxury Resort

Aman Niseko is scheduled to open in 2026.

Aman Niseko will open halfway up Moiwa Mountain and will likely have ski-in ski-out access to the adjacent Moiwa Ski Resort.

It will feature 31 stand-alone residential buildings and 30 suites.

There are also saunas and natural hot springs to fully relax your body after a day of skiing.

When Aman Niseko opens, it will be the premier accommodation in Niseko, attracting wealthy ski and snowboard enthusiasts from around the world.

It is not known at this time if the 31 stand-alone residences will be available for public accommodations.

The 30 suites will certainly be available for overnight stays.

Hoshinoya Niseko

Hoshinoya Niseko is a luxury hotel condominium with ski-in ski-out access to the Grand Hirafu ski resort.

It will open next to the Skye Niseko Hotel.

Hotel condominium at the former Niseko Alpine site

Tokyu, the operator of the Grand Hirafu ski resort, plans to open a ski-in ski-out hotel condominium.

The opening will take place on the former site of a popular hotel formerly operated under the name Niseko Alpine.

This is a very prime location in Niseko.

This hotel will be one of the most popular accommodations in the Niseko area as a ski-in ski-out luxury hotel.

Six Senses Hotel

IHG of the UK is planning to open Six Senses Hotel Niseko near the Grand Hirafu ski resort.

The hotel will have a small number of 76 guest rooms and will be a luxury hotel for the affluent.

Unfortunately, Six Senses Hotel is not a ski-in ski-out hotel.

In September 2027, Double Dragon Corporation of the Philippines plans to open Hotel 101 Niseko in Niseko.
