The opening was originally planned for 2023, but was delayed due to the Corona disaster.
Now that Corona has ended in 2023, construction on Aman Niseko will resume in earnest.

Aman Niseko Location
Aman Niseko is located in the middle of Niseko’s Moiwa ski area.
Detailed information is not yet available, but here are some locations that are probably in this area.
Aman Niseko will be located in the area circled below and will be a top quality hotel and vacation home for sale with ski-in ski-out access to the Moiwa ski resort.
Access to Aman Niseko
The most common way to get to Aman Niseko is by airport bus.
You will probably take the airport bus from New Chitose Airport to the “Kanro-no-mori bus stop” near the Moiwa ski resort, and then take a cab to Aman Niseko.
The cost is approximately less than 6,000 yen per person for the airport bus and cab.
If you prefer to travel in luxury and privacy, we recommend using a chartered vehicle.
A one-way trip from New Chitose Airport to Niseko will cost several tens of thousands of yen.
If you bring your own skis/snowboards and equipment, it is best to consult with the service provider in advance, as the size of the car may be larger and a special car will need to be prepared.
It is recommended that you send your skis and snowboards to Aman Niseko in advance to make it easier to travel from overseas.
Ski slopes adjacent to Aman Niseko
Aman Niseko will open in the middle of the Moiwa ski resort in Niseko.
Moiwa ski resort is located to the left of Annupuri ski resort.
It does not belong to the so-called Niseko United, to which Grand Hirafu, Village, Hanazono, Annupuri, etc., as they are generally known around the world, belong.
However, rest assured that it is still Niseko’s powder snow.
It is also close to downtown Niseko.

Aman Niseko plans to have two or three different restaurants, including Japanese and Italian.
If you are staying for a longer period of time, we recommend going to downtown Niseko for a meal.

In addition to the hotel, Aman Niseko will also have villas for sale.
The total number of villas is 31 and each villa is said to cost 2 billion yen.
The villas will not be rented out like hotel condominiums when the owners are not using them.
